The boxer, Jermall Charlo, was partying with friends at the club in the Flatiron District that is co-owned by Jay-Z, the New York Daily News reported.

Police said a 27-year-old man was partying inside the club, located at 6 W. 25th St., Sunday at about 3 a.m. when he began arguing and then physically fighting with someone there. While Charlo was reportedly arguing with another person at the club, five women grabbed his unattended bag filled with cash and jewelry and left with it. The bag had about $40,000 in cash and another $115,000 worth of jewelry, according to the NYPD.
