NEW HAVEN, CT — Police have recovered an unloaded handgun that was found at Roberto Clemente Leadership Academy Jan. 23.
An employee called police to notify them about the found gun in the morning, said Officer David Hartman, police spokesman.
The gun will be forensically examined. Students had just arrived when the gun was being removed.
