The GoFundMe reads:

"I am raising money for a local family who's house burned down this morning. Deirdre is taking care of her mother, her children, and her grandbabies. Her daughter Emily is due any day now. Anything would help this wonderful kind family. They awoke to the sound of smoke detectors at 5am. They are the type of family who welcomed so many friends into their family thats how much love they have. Dee use to drive the school bus for children. This family has gone through a lot recently almost 2 years ago they lost their daughter. They've had car troubles where they don't have a car right now. Please help them share the link even if you cannot donate."

Firefighters were called to a fire at a Wellsville Avenue home Thursday at 4:58 a.m. They arrived to find heavy smoke and fire showing from the first floor extending to the second floor.

Everyone in the house evacuated safely.

One firefighter suffered a minor injury and was treated at the scene of the fire. Ten people living in the home were displaced by the fire, and the American Red Cross was called in to assist.
