UPDATE: State Troopers Seeking Suspected Haddam Fuel Station Robber

Police ask anyone with information is asked to contact them immediately.

HADDAM, CT - State police are seeking a suspect in a reported bank robbery on Saybrook Road that occurred Monday morning.

Troopers from Troop F-Westbrook responded to the reported robbery at approximately 10:38 a.m. The incident occurred at the Fuel Plus Station located at 210 Saybrook Road in Higganum, according to a release.

The suspect brandished a hand gun, but then fled the gas station without taking anything. The suspect left the parking lot on foot.

State Troopers and K9 teams searched the area but did not locate the suspect.

The suspect is described as a white male measuring approximately 5 feet and 7inches tall, 130-150 pounds. Police said the suspect was wearing a black ski mask and dark clothing.
