Second Pride Street Mural Vandal Arrested: St. Pete Police

ST. PETERSBURG, FL — A second man faces charges for vandalizing the progressive Pride street mural in the Grand Central District, according to a St. Petersburg Police Department news release.

Antonio Silvestri, 30, was arrested with felony criminal mischief and racing on a street.

Silvestri was seen on surveillance video footage doing a “burnout-style maneuver” in his truck on May 17 around 10:40 a.m., police said.

The city and volunteers restored the mural into for Pride month festivitieis.
