Whole Foods Avalon To Host Hiring Event

With the opening of Phase I of Avalon right around the corner, Whole Foods Market on Thursday will host an employment question and answer session in Johns Creek.

The company, which expects to fill 50 to 100 positions, will host the event at the Whole Food Market’s Duluth Training Center, located at 5945 State Bridge Road in Johns Creek.

The 48,000 square-foot grocery store in the Avalon development is seeking to hire in all departments. Potential team members should exhibit a passion for food and retail excellence and a high level of customer service. Starting wage is competitive for both full- and part-time positions, along with a 20 percent discount and 401k plan, and benefits beginning with a full complement of medical and other traditional group health plan coverage.

There will be give information sessions: 10 a.m., 1 p.m., 3 p.m., 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Seating is limited, and residents must pre-register by contacting [email protected] by 6 p.m. Sept. 3.
