Amber Alert Issued For Girl, 6, Mom Taken In Cumming
An Amber Alert was issued early Tuesday morning after a Forsyth County girl, 6, and her mom were "taken against their will by the father."
CUMMING, GA — An Amber Alert was issued early Tuesday morning after a child, 6, and her mother were reportedly "taken against their will by the father of the child."
According to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, the mother of the child, Balvanera Esperanz Parada-Olivas, a 45-year-old Hispanic female, is around 150-pounds and 5-foot-2 with black hair and brown eyes. She and her daughter, Rachel Zecena, 6, are believed to have been taken against their will by the father of the child.
The father is Alexis R. Zecena-Lopez, a 55-year-old Hispanic male, around 175 pounds and 5-foot-8, with black hair and brown eyes.

It is believed Zecena-Lopez may have a firearm due to a previous domestic incident.
They may be traveling in Parada-Olivas' vehicle, which is a 2016 Black Ford Focus with Georgia tag RVX9470.

The last known contact with the mother and child was between 5-6 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 26.
