New Dacula High Football Ranking: Best Since 1990
Win Friday against Grayson puts local team one win away from regional title.
Dacula High School is now No. 2 in Class 6A in the Atlanta Journal-Constitution football rankings, their best showing since 1990.
The Falcons are just one win away from their first region title since 2005, according to the AJC. And they’ve got two shots at that win: against Archer this weekend, or at home against Parkview on Nov. 7.

The Falcons (8-0, 6-0), ranked No. 3 in Class 6A before Friday, when they defeated Grayson, 27-17.
Dacula trailed 17-13 before storming back in the fourth quarter, according to Twitter accounts of the game.
