In an effort to keep us safe, the lovable puppy mascot will be helping the Sheriff’s Office teach children the importance of safety.

Throughout the year the Sheriff’s Office will be promoting crime prevention with talks and presentations by SafetyPup. Children of Paulding County will begin to meet SafetyPup at their schools, local events, and during tours of the Sheriff’s Office.

Wearing a helmet when riding a bike, saying NO to drugs and alcohol, and being aware of strangers are just a few of the prevention topics that the Sheriff’s Office wants children and their parents to know more about.

We hope SafetyPup will help us get the kids attention so they learn more of these valuable lessons.
