Douglas County Names Teacher of the Year Semifinalists

The school district's TOTY selection committee narrowed the list down from 33 candidates.

The next step in the selection process for these candidates is classroom observation followed by individual interviews.

All 33 school-level Teachers of the Year will be honored at a reception on Tuesday, September 30 at 4:30 p.m. at Foxhall Resort and Sporting Club, 8000 Capps Ferry Road.

Grade level winners and the Douglas County Teacher of the Year will be named at 2Β p.m. during the Foxhall Family Festival on Saturday, October 4.
