Welcome K-9 Dakota: Police Dog Assigned to Douglas County Schools
Douglas County Sheriff's Office K-9 Unit adds Dakota this week.
The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office K-9 Unit is welcoming a new addition to help combat drugs in county schools.
K-9 Dakota will be used exclusively in the Douglas County School System, in both drug detection and education.
Dakota has been specially trained to detect synthetic marijuana.
