Full Author Lineup Set for Marcus Jewish Community Center Book Festival

Over 40 authors are scheduled to appear at the nearly three-week long event in Dunwoody.

The Marcus Jewish Community Center of Atlanta in Dunwoody has announced the complete author lineup for next month’s 23rd Book Festival of the MJCCA.

“For 19 days, we invite the community to meet these authors, and celebrate their contributions to Jewish and cultural life,” festival co-chair, Marcy Bass, said in a news release. “From Pulitzer Prize winners and journalists, to historians and comedians, this book festival truly has something for everyone.”

Attendees will have the opportunity to hear engaging speakers, have meet-and-greets with authors, have their favorite books signed and participate in panel discussions.

Bob Saget, author of “Dirty Daddy: The Chronicles of a Family Man Turned Filthy Comedian,” and star of the television show “Full House,” will appear on the opening night of the festival.

The festival is scheduled to run from Nov. 1 to 19, and most events will be held right at the MJCCA, 5342 Tilly Mill Road, Dunwoody.
