City To Hold Egg Hunt For Children With Disabilities

Johns Creek families with children with disabilities are invited to attend a Special Needs Egg Hunt next week.

The event will take place 3 to 4 p.m. Sunday, March 29 at Newtown Park.

The Egg Hunt, part of the city’s Adaptive Recreation Program, features hundreds of eggs, most of which are filled with candy and prizes.

The Easter Bunny is scheduled to make an appearance.

All Johns Creek families with special needs are welcome to attend the free event, which will be held on the Park Place patio/event lawn inside Newtown Park.

All ages are welcome and registration required to participate. Parents should bring their own cameras, however.

Newtown Park is at 3150 Old Alabama Road, Johns Creek.
