Johns Creek Students Design Holiday Cards For Military Service Members

Fifth-grade students at Findley Oaks, State Bridge Crossing and Dolvin elementary schools participated in the initiative.

Fifth-grade students at three Johns Creek elementary schools have designed holiday cards for the city to send to members of the military to show appreciation for their service.

For the sixth year in a row, the students have submitted their designs, which will be incorporated into two montage designs for six oversized greeting cards, the city said in a press release.

Three veteran’s hospitals across Georgia will receive the cards this year through Soldiers’ Angels, a nonprofit organization that supports military personnel.
