$250K Lottery Winner From Lawrenceville: 'I'm lucky!'

She won the big prize in the "All or Nothing" game.

A lucky Lawrenceville woman has gained a quarter-of-a-million dollar prize playing All or Nothing. Sharmin Salam, 37, did not match any of the numbers drawn from the Sept. 28 All or Nothing night drawing, winning a $250,000 top prize.

Salam claimed her prize Monday at the Georgia Lottery District Office in Duluth.

“I’m lucky,” Salam exclaimed.

Salam, a mother of three, selected her own winning combination.

“I feel so great,” she shared.

She and her husband, Mohamed, anticipate paying off bills and their home mortgage.

All or Nothing is a $2 game that offers prizes of up to $250,000 with four daily drawings.

Players can win the top prize by matching all or none of the 12 numbers drawn.

Since its first year, the Georgia Lottery Corp. has returned more than $15.7 billion to the state of Georgia for education. All Georgia Lottery profits go to pay for specific educational programs, including Georgia’s HOPE Scholarship Program and Georgia’s Pre-K Program. More than 1.7 million students have received HOPE, and more than 1.3 million 4-year-olds have attended the statewide, voluntary prekindergarten program.
