But they haven’t found one at Cheeseburger Bobby’s — ever.

The restaurant located at 6050 Peachtree Parkway has had six straight perfect scores, including on its most recent inspection on March 9.

Cheeseburger Bobby’s has scored 100 on every inspection since it opened in December 2012.

Observations: Batch marks were present on items which had temperatures on the time sheet but no start and end times recorded: salad bar items (tomatoes, eggs, etc) and warm cheese sauce. Employees added the times to the sheets. All TCS foods (time/temperature controlled for safety foods) held under time control must have the start and end time written on the time sheets when they receive batch marking.

Observations: Employee mug of tea was stored on the dry storage shelf directly above an open container of sugar. Egg rolls and dark meat chicken were not maintained at 41 F or less. Fried chicken wings and egg rolls were held in the fryer basket without start time and end time written. Raw chicken had a stream of cold water pouring onto a single spot. Instructed the employee to place the frozen chicken into a container in order to allow the cold water to continuously overflow around the frozen chicken. Digital thermometer had no battery. Shelving inside the walk-in cooler was rusted/peeling. Sauce and seasonings cart was coated with food residue and debris. The toilet room door was propped open. Close the door.

SOME WARE WAS STORED WITH FOOD DEBRIS LEFT ON THEM AFTER WASHING. SOME WARE WAS STACKED AND PLACED WITH CLEAN WARE. THE WARE WAS NOT AIR DRIED BEFORE STACKING. LIGHT BULB DID NOT HAVE A SHIELD/COVER IN THE FOOD STORAGE AREA OUTSIDE THE WALK-IN COOLER.
