A 14-year-old boy was indicted by a Cobb County grand jury earlier this month on charges related to the double killing of two people in a Powder Springs Park in March of this year.

There they discovered the bodies of Terrance Banks, 23, and Sterling Hargrave, 21, who had suffered apparent fatal gunshot wounds.
