Vinings Named One of Best Neighborhoods in Georgia

Georgia Places, a real estate blog that focuses on the state, has named its seven most desirable neighborhoods in the metro Atlanta area, and Vinings has made the list.

Blogger Jon Fritz cites Vinings’ ideal location along the Chattahoochee River and just outside the City of Atlanta as one of the reasons he chose the city for his list.

“[T]his neighborhood offers residents the distinct sense of being separate from the bustle of Atlanta, while staying within easy access of city conveniences,” he wrote.

Fritz also praised the city’s relatively high per capita income and property values. Additionally, Fritz wrote that the river provides Vining residents with ample fishing and hiking opportunities, and Vinings’ close proximity to prominent shopping outlets like the Cobb Galleria Centre, Vinings Jubilee, and Cumberland Mall certainly didn’t hurt matters.
