Firehouse Subs Donates Thermal Imaging Cameras To Woodstock Fire Department

These four cameras, worth more than $18,300, will help firefighters detect body heat and hot spots in burning buildings.

Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation on Thursday donated four thermal imaging cameras to the Woodstock Fire and Rescue Department.

The cameras, worth more than $18,300, will help firefighters detect body heat and hot spots in burning buildings. The cameras will also help these firefighters reach victims quicker and extinguish deadly fires.

The Foundation has donated more than $11 million to first responders and public safety entities across the nation, including more than $816,300 in Georgia.
