Project Valentine Sends Bundles of Love To Residents

Cherokee Recreation and Parks Agency is collecting various items now through Feb. 6.

The Cherokee Recreation and Parks Agency is collecting donations for its annual Project Valentine initiative.

From now through Feb. 6, residents can drop off items such as Chapstick, lotion, sticky notes, pens, markers, word searches, any art or music activities, candy (sugar free and regular) and any holiday related items at the agency’s Recreation Center in Woodstock.

The items will be placed in goody bags and delivered to Cherokee Training Center/Day Hab and Next Step Ministries for distribution. CRPA hopes to deliver 250 of these bags on Valentine’s Day.
