Man Steals Booze, Shampoo And Advil: Arlington Heights PD Blotter

The retail theft occurred earlier this month at Jewel-Osco, according to police.

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL — The following information comes from the Arlington Heights Police Department and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. ARRESTS

CRIMINAL TRESPASS TO REAL PROPERTY

Omar A. Abdelhamid, of the 3500 block of Tamarind Drive, Wheeling, is accused of criminal trespass to real property, and was arrested at 9:13 a.m. June 22, at 7-11, 1418 E. Hintz Road. He was released and assigned a court of July 9.

VIOLATION OF BAIL BOND

Daniel S. Adams, 36, the 1100 block of E. Northwest Highway, Palatine, had a warrant for violation of bail bond, and was arrested at 7:20 p.m. June 26, in the 1900 block of S. Highland.

BATTERY

Halston J. Bowen, 36, of the 200 block of Wheeling Avenue, Wheeling, is accused of battery, and was arrested at 7:31 a.m. June 27, at Ulta Beauty, 200 E. Sigwalt Road. He was released and assigned a court date of Aug. 2.

INCIDENTS

THEFT

A citizen reported at 10:40 a.m. June 12, someone had stolen her black Verve 21 speed one disc step extra small woman's bike from the bike located outside the front of the store at Target, 1700 E. Rand Road.

RETAIL THEFT

An employee from Jewel, 1860 S. Arlington Heights Road, reported at 6:15 a.m. June 13, a male stole alcohol, shampoo and Advil. He was described as white, in his 30s, wearing a black hat, Chicago White Sox t-shirt with the American Flag shaped in a diamond, blue backpack, dark-colored pants, and black shoes.

STOLEN MOTOR VEHICLE

An employee at a business in the 3600 block of N. Wilke Road reported that between June 15 and June 16, stole a black 2014 Chevrolet from the parking lot.
