Join Liz for FREE monthly yoga for kids' classes (and ice cream) at Homewood Dairy Queen!

Each 30-minute class for young yogis offers a complete yoga practice including stretching and strengthening poses (asanas), breathing (pranayama) instruction, and relaxation. These are not your typical adult yoga classes – it’s “real” yoga but in a kid-friendly way that gets children playing, laughing, moving, and collaborating all while practicing yoga.

While these classes are open to kids of all ages, it is helpful if your child is old enough to follow general directions and young enough to be willing to play games.

To ensure that you can maximize the relaxing benefits of yoga, please note the following:

• No need to register in advance... just show up at the Homewood Dairy Queen on Ridge Road and meet us on the lawn.
• No mats are needed. All materials will be provided.
