Go R.E.D. With Zionsville Fire Department

Why Zionsville Fire Department is going R.E.D and how you can participate.

ZIONSVILLE, IN – Zionsville Fire Department invites community members to join them by participating in R.E.D. Friday, Nov. 10 and wear red to "Remember Everyone Deployed" in honor of Veterans Day. While the program starts Nov.10, everyone is encouraged to join ZFD each week by wearing red on Fridays as a way to show support and appreciation for our troops, according to a release.

According to a release, ZFD said they're honored to have 12 current firefighters who have served or are serving in the United States military.

ZFD employees also have the option to donate $2 on Fridays while wearing red shirts, which will help fund care packages that will be sent to deployed members of the military.
