Portillo's To Open Indianapolis Location in 2018

Portillo's announces a second central Indiana location opening in 2018 on the south side of Indianapolis: More

INDIANAPOLIS, IN -- Less than five months after Portillo's opened its successful Fishers location, officials for the popular Chicagoland restaurant brand say they're opening a new location at 8150 US-31 in Indianapolis. This second central Indiana location is set to open later this year.

“Portillo’s has enjoyed such a warm and positive reception from our Indiana-based fans,” CEO Keith Kinsey said, in a release. “Indianapolis’ vibrant retail area is the perfect fit for our next restaurant. We look forward to continuing our expansion throughout the state.”

The brand says the new 9,000-square foot south side location will feature a Prohibition-themed interior with decorative inspiration from the 1920's. It will also have seating for more than 200 guests, and will include a double-lane drive-thru and a seasonal outdoor patio, just like the Fishers location.
