"... We have begun the process of closing all our stores," the retailer posted on social media Saturday. "... Thank you for 49 years of loyalty and support."

The Texas-based retailer filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy earlier this year, and also voluntarily delisted from the Nasdaq stock exchange in December 2022.

The store will honor gift cards or merchandise return cards until Saturday, May 13. Anything purchased before April 28 can still be returned within 14 days with the original receipt.

The chain's website also advertised "everything must go" sales with markdowns up to 30 percent off.

The retailer has stores in 25 states. All will close.
