POTOMAC, MD — Capo Deli is getting closer to opening its first location in Maryland, with the buildout continuing at its restaurant at the Cabin John Village shopping center in Potomac.

“Coming soon” signs are now in the windows at the Capo Deli location on Tuckerman Drive in Potomac, according to a Rockville Nights report.

The Italian delicatessen chain, founded by former Brickside Food & Drink co-owners Brian Vasile and Andy Seligman, already has locations in Tysons in Virginia and the Shaw and Western Market neighborhoods in Washington, D.C., Rockville Nights reported.

Capo Deli’s menu includes Italian classics like chicken parmigiano, hot Italian beef, prosciutto and provolone, and other sandwiches.

The deli will be taking over the space at Cabin John Village that was previously home to Goldberg’s New York Bagels at 7731 Tuckerman Lane.
