New Ice Cream Shop Opens In Potomac's Cabin John Village: Report

POTOMAC, MD — A new ice cream shop opened its doors on Wednesday in the former Baskin-Robbins location in the Cabin John Village shopping center on Tuckerman Lane in Potomac.

The shop, The Scoop, is owned by Timothy and Mitch Ryoo, Potomac natives and graduates of Winston Churchill High School, The MoCo Show reported Wednesday.

The Scoop will offer 24 to 30 permanent flavors and eight to 10 seasonal ice cream flavors, according to the report.

The shop will be open 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
