6 MA Restaurants Offer Best Brunch In The Country, Open Table Says

MASSACHUSETTS —Mother's Day is right around the corner, and some of the best places in the country for brunch are right here in Massachusetts.

Open Table scanned the metrics for over 14 million diners and narrowed it down to rate "The Top 100 Brunch Restaurants in America." Six of those are in Massachusetts.

Mother's Day is Sunday, May 12, and one of these restaurants could be a perfect fit. Here are the Bay State restaurants that landed on the list:

• Brassica Kitchen – Boston: At brunch, Brassica "offers exciting breakfast plates and sandwiches, espresso drinks, a crushable cocktail list, and full wine & beer menus. "
• Ledger Restaurant & Bar – Salem: One diner wrote that Ledger "is always our go to for celebrations because meals there are always exceptional and last night was no different!"
• Moonshine 152 – Boston: Over 1,600 reviewers gave this establishment an average of 4.9 stars.
• Prima – Boston: This restaurant is known for its historic atmosphere and its gluten-free options.
• Silver Dove Afternoon Tea – Boston: This establishment "is a full service tearoom in Downtown Boston specializing in English style afternoon tea service," according to its description on Open Table.
• Waverly Kitchen and Bar – Boston: "Breakfast and brunch fans, this is for you!" the restaurant's description reads. "You don't want to miss our signature banana bread, housemade corned beef hash, and refreshing and creative cocktails!"
