11 Awesome Christmas Light Displays: See What Neighbors Recommend

These light displays in MetroWest and the Worcester areas are dazzling, according to locals.

MILFORD, MA — We asked, you answered.

Last week, Patch put out a call for recommendations on the best holiday light shows at individual homes and neighborhoods across the region. From giant Halloween skeletons repurposed for Christmas to synchronized light shows, here's what your neighbors say are the most dazzling displays around.

Grant Street, Milford — The entire street north of downtown Milford is worth a peep, neighbors say.

Cornwell Holiday Display, 26 Dawson Road, Worcester — This Tatnuck display features some 150 inflatable characters you can tour. They will also have a donation box benefiting the Why Me and Sherry's House cancer charities.

62 Pond St., Natick — Brooke Ferrelli, owner of Eminent Design Landscaping, sets up a holiday display in a neighborhood southwest of downtown Natick near the Framingham line.

Hoover Road, Auburn — This light display has been running for some 20 years featuring synchronized lights and music. The display is on daily through New Year's Eve from 5 to 9 p.m. (weather permitting) and broadcasts on 102.9 FM when you drive by.

Cherry Street, Hudson — An insane synchronized light display with music that's typically on from dusk until about 9:30 p.m. Has its own radio station: 97.3 FM.

Hopedale Holiday Lights Contest — Too many to list here, but the Friends of Historical Hopedale has a list of addresses that are competing in a 2022 contest for the town's best display. Mellen Street will be a good bet for multiple displays.

Christmas on Runaway, 24 Runaway Brook Road, Lancaster — The large, elaborate show runs nightly (weather permitting) from 6 to 10 p.m. through the end of the holiday season. Tune your radio to 90.1 FM for the music.

7 Greenwood Road, Northborough — This large display typically stays on until around 9 p.m., and you can tune in on 93.3 FM.

Waite Street, Leicester — This display is centered around 25 Waite St. on Waite's Pond. The main display typically starts around 5 p.m., weather permitting.

Santos Family Lights, Pasadena Parkway, Worcester — This massive light show begins each evening at 6:30 p.m. and runs through Jan. 8. Music broadcasts on 105.3 FM, and donations to the display benefit the Tufts veterinary clinic at Worcester Technical High School.

793 Sutton St., Northbridge — A "giant synchronized light display" at the Five Corners in Northbridge. L&R Lighting hosts the display, and is collecting donations for the Dana Farber Cancer Fund. Runs 5:30 to 9 p.m. nightly through the season.
