Felon Indicted On Stolen Firearm, Fentanyl, Other Charges: Hillsborough County Court

Concord residents indicted on drug, theft charges; Epsom man accused of driving recklessly, striking a Bedford cop; Goffstown arson case.

MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court North.

Charles A. Dexter, 35, of Summer Street in Penacook on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge on June 27 in Manchester.

Roberta Dezainde, 50, of Heartwood Lane in Concord on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing checks from a man in Goffstown on July 27.

Nasley Dubon, 38, of Union Street in Manchester on a felony second-degree assault charge. She was accused of strangling an intimate partner in Manchester on June 24.

Anika Fesl, 47, of Caron Road in Bedford on a felony possession of meth charge on April 27.

Ryan Freeman, 32, of Walnut Street in Manchester on second-degree assault, conduct after an accident, and four reckless conduct charges, all felonies. He was accused of driving a vehicle the wrong way on Pine and Bridge streets, at a high rate of speed, at night without headlights on in Manchester on July 2, and causing a head-on crash with a police wagon and crashing into a cruiser on Union Street.

Catherine Gagne, 49, of Manchester Street in Manchester on burglary and five theft by unauthorized taking charges. She was accused of burglarizing a building on Prospect Street in Manchester on June 21 and stealing computer equipment, a bicycle, jewelry, and other items. On June 22, she was accused of using another person’s credit card to purchase items at Market Basket and Vaporamas in Manchester.

Michael Grover, 33, of East Milan Road in Berlin on possession of crack cocaine with intent to sell, possession of fentanyl with intent to sell, felon in possession of a dangerous weapon-Ruger Security 9 9mm, felonious use of a firearm, and pistols & revolvers; armed career criminal charges, all felonies, on July 19 in Manchester. He is a felon due to drug and burglary convictions in 2010, 20212, and 2018 in three superior courts in New Hampshire.

Christopher E. Hayward, 43, of Center Hill Road in Epsom on two felony reckless conduct charges. He was accused of driving a 2013 Chevrolet Tahoe recklessly, running multiple red lights, crossing over solid yellow lines and white fog lines, at a high rate of speed, and striking a Bedford police officer during a motor vehicle stop on July 28. David Hiltz, 48, of Ashlar Drive in Goffstown on a felony arson charge. He was accused of lighting a flag mounted on the side of Putnam’s Waterview Restaurant on Main Street in Goffstown on fire on June 14.

Farah Ibrahim, 27, of Manchester Street in Manchester on felon in possession of a dangerous weapon, receiving stolen property, felonious use of a firearm, possession of fentanyl, and receiving stolen property charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing a stolen M&P .40 caliber pistol after being convicted on a felony charge. Ibrahim was also accused of retaining eight credit cards owned by another person on July 24 in Manchester.
