11 People Arrested as Operation Granite Hammer Hits Concord

Concord Police, SWAT team make major drug bust on Hall Street; others arrested at the Merrimack County House of Corrections.

CONCORD, NH — The Concord Police Department’s Drug Enforcement Unit as well as patrol personnel along with the Central NH Special Operations Unit executed a search warrant at 42 Hall St. in Concord on Jan. 12, 2017, and arrested 11 people on various charges.

Derek Maltais, 33, pictured lower left, of Concord, on two counts of sale of a controlled drug-meth, possession of a controlled drug- Suboxone, conspiracy to sale of a controlled drug-meth, and two counts of breach of bail. He was held on cash bail.

Jessica Houle, 26, pictured lower middle right, of Northfield, for felony sale of a controlled drug-meth. She was also held on cash bail.

John McCormack, 34, pictured upper left, of Concord, for possession of a controlled drug-meth, and maintaining a common nuisance, both felonies. He was also held on cash bail.

Lance Boudreau, 30, pictured upper middle, of Concord, for felony possession of a controlled drug-meth. He was held on cash bail.

Jack Adair, 40, pictured upper middle, of Concord, for possession of a controlled drug-meth. He was held on cash bail.

Tammara Ipock, 34, pictured lower middle left, of Laconia, on a Belknap County warrant and Laconia Police warrant. She was released to Belknap County Sheriffs

Aaron Jones, 41, pictured left center, of Concord, on a bench warrant.

Sharon Corgatelli, 48, not pictured, of Franklin, on a Merrimack County warrant. She was released to Merrimack County Sheriffs.

All individuals were arrested without incident.

Maltais, McCormack, Boudreau and Adair will be arraigned in Merrimack County Superior Court on Jan. 13. Maltais and McCormack will face further arraignments in the 6th Circuit-District Division-Concord Court on Jan. 13. Houle will also be arraigned in the 6th Circuit-District Division-Concord Court on Jan. 13.

In addition to the above arrests on Hall Street, the following individuals were arrested at the Merrimack County Jail on warrants issued by the Concord Police Drug Enforcement Unit:

Christopher Lyford, 38, pictured upper right, of Plymouth, for conspiracy to sale of a controlled drug-meth, and possession of a controlled drug-meth, both felonies.

Courtney Bennett, 23, pictured center middle, of Franklin, for sale of a controlled drug-fentanyl, a felony.

Drew Wentworth, 34, pictured lower right, of Concord, for sale of a controlled drug-heroin, a felony.

All of the individuals arrested at the Merrimack County Jail will be arraigned at 6th Circuit-District Division-Concord Court tomorrow.
