Alleged Concord Drug Dealer Indicted On Numerous Charges

Prisoner indicted on delivery of crack cocaine charges, Andover man indicted on drug charges, and convicted thief indicted on theft charges.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Kory Bowles, 32, a homeless man now located in Concord, on two felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl, methamphetamine allegedly on Jan. 19, 2018, in Concord.

Zachary Boyd, 32, pictured below, of Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on three felony counts of delivery of articles to prisoners. On Dec. 1, 2017, he allegedly had three bags of crack cocaine in his possession and/or under his control with the intent to conceal said articles in or about the prison and/or be delivered by a prisoner.

Jesse Burke, 37, of Chase Hill Road in East Andover, on two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug; acts prohibited-fentanyl, methamphetamine allegedly on Jan. 9, 2018, in Franklin.

Richard Crawford, 53, of Beacon Street in Concord, on four counts of sale of narcotic drug-principal/accomplice-cocaine, three counts of sale of a controlled drug-Adderall/amphetamine, two counts of sale of a narcotic drug-cocaine, and two counts of distribution of a controlled drug-Adderall/amphetamine, all felonies. The charges stem from alleged incidents in November and December 2017, and January 2018, on Beacon Street in Concord. The accomplice charges reportedly involved Tolbert Nemo and an undercover Concord Police officer.

Charles Dexter, 29, of Summer Street in Penacook, for felon in possession of a deadly weapon-brass knuckles, a felony, allegedly on Jan. 26, 2018, in Concord. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of reckless conduct in Merrimack County Superior Court in February 2012.

Bryce Demello, 25, a homeless man now located in Concord, for felony theft by unauthorized taking for allegedly stealing items from Walmart on Loudon Road. Previously, according to the indictment, he has been convicted twice before: for theft in in October 2016, and theft of lost or mislaid property in April 2012, both in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North.
