Alleged Concord Drug Dealers, Others Indicted in Merrimack County Superior Court

Hill sex offender, Barnstead thief, and Weare man who allegedly poured gas on a running car while relatives were inside were also indicted.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted in February in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Jeffrey Gray, 23, pictured lower right, of Borough Road in Hill, for duty to report, a felony. On Dec. 2, 2016, he allegedly failed to inform police of his residence. Gray is a Tier III sex offender after being convicted of felonious sexual assault in Grafton County Superior Court in February 2013, against a victim under 13. He was previously convicted of failure to register in Grafton County Superior in August 2016.

Jennifer Harding, 37, pictured center right, of Provence Road in Barnstead, of sale of a substance represented to be a narcotic drug-heroin, sale of a narcotic drug-heroin and fentanyl, and theft by unauthorized taking, all felonies. The theft charge stems from an alleged incident on July 20, 2016, at the Cumberland Farms on Manchester Street in Concord. The drug dealing charges stem from an alleged incident on Nov. 2, 2016, while working in concert with Matthew Crowley in Concord, according to the indictment. Harding was previously convicted of theft in May 2014 in Concord District Court and willful concealment in December 2013 in Hooksett District Court.

Kenneth Hebert, 42, pictured center, of Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for two felony counts of possession of a narcotic drug-cocaine, and heroin/fentanyl, with intent to distribute, three felony counts of possession of a narcotic drug-cocaine, Suboxone, heroin/fentanyl, and for possession of a controlled drug-marijuana. The charges stem from an alleged incident at the Hampton Inn in Bow on Oct. 21, 2016. Hebert was previously convicted of sale of a narcotic drug in Merrimack County Superior Court in September 2013.

Tammara Ipock, 34, pictured left center, a homeless woman now located in Concord, for felony theft by deception, for allegedly stealing and then returning diapers for a cash card at Hannaford. She has previously been charged with receiving stolen property twice in Laconia District Court.

Logan Janas, 29, pictured upper left, of Goffstown, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for felony sale of narcotic drug-fentanyl and felony sale of a substance represented to be a narcotic-heroin, allegedly in the parking lot of the Bass Pro Shop in Hooksett in Nov. 9, 2016. He was previously convicted of drug dealing in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North in August 2016.

Herbert Janvrin, 29, pictured upper center, of Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for felony escape, for allegedly failing to arrive at his workplace on July 14, 2016, in Concord. He was originally convicted of burglary in December 2014.

Nicole Juniper, 24, of Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for felony assault by a prisoner, after allegedly striking another inmate in the head with her fist on Oct. 18, 2016, at the New Hampshire State Prison.

Tish Kay, 34, pictured upper right, of Fayette Street in Concord, on two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine, allegedly on Dec. 1, 2016, on Thorndike Street in Concord. At the time, according to the indictment, she was on bail from Merrimack County Superior Court on other charges.

Steven Knight, 38, pictured lower left, of East Shore Drive in Weare, for felony domestic violence-reckless conduct. On Oct. 16, 2016, in Concord, he alleged poured gasoline onto a car that was running, at risk of catching on fire, while there were relatives in the vehicle.

Brandon LaClair, 26, pictured lower center, of Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, allegedly on Nov. 22, 2016, in Concord.
