Alleged Drunk Driver to Concord Cop: 'Am I in Mass?': Log

Police: Man arrested for prowling, run-in with ex leads to DWI charges, and Mass. woman arrested on a drug charge.

CONCORD, NH - Mark D. Gilchrist, 34, of Cherry Street in Concord, was arrested on Feb. 21, 2016, and charged with prowling, from an alleged incident on Aug. 28, 2014, on Cherry Street. He had a court date on March 28.

Trevor S. Colarusso, 26, of Lovering Avenue in Loudon, was arrested on Feb. 22, 2015, for two counts of driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated, and criminal trespass. Police received reports that a black pickup truck was driving erratically on Loudon Road and was now parked at the Dunkin’ Donuts on Loudon Road at just before midnight. The officer approached the vehicle and reportedly heard the driver having an argument with a woman. The driver, Colarusso, was requested to step out of the vehicle and allegedly “began swaying as he spoke to me,” according to the report. He allegedly smelled like alcohol and told the officer, “It’s just an emotional night.” The woman stated that they ran into each other at a restaurant and she left. He allegedly followed her to Dunkin’ and started screaming at her, according to the report. Colarusso was requested to take a field sobriety test and then, was arrested.

Matthew M. Foote, 31, of Adams Avenue in Allenstown, was arrested on Feb. 20, 2016, and charged with felony conduct after an accident from an alleged incident on Feb. 7, 2016, at Beefside Restaurant on Manchester Street. He was arrested by Allenstown Police on the warrant.

Jeremiah R. Goodbread, 38, of Main Street in Hooksett, was arrested on Feb. 19, 2016, for false report to law enforcement for an alleged incident on May 31, 2015, on Rochester Lane. He was arrested by a Bow Police unit on the warrant. “Goodbread stated that he did not lie and was ran over,” according to the officer. “I advised him that he would need to address that with the court.”

Dominique Servitelli, 20, of Wedgewood Avenue in Billerica, MA, was arrested on Feb. 15, 2016, for possession of controlled drugs from an alleged incident at Royal Gardens on Dec. 1, 2015. She was arrested by Bedford Police on a warrant.

Michelle H. Winchester Grant, 55, of Penwood Drive in Concord, was arrested on Feb. 13, 2016, for felony willful concealment for allegedly shoplifting more than $110 items from Rite Aid on North State Street. She was previously convicted of willful concealment and theft in Merrimack Superior Court in July 2002.

David M. Gregoire, 49, of Gregoire Drive in Farmington, was arrested on Feb. 12, 2016, for driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated-second offense, transportation of alcohol-open container, possession of controlled drugs and possession of drugs. Police received a motor vehicle operation complaint about a driver with Maine plates all over the road on Route 202 and I-89, according to a report. The caller followed the vehicle while speaking with police, according to the report. Officers caught up with the vehicle idling in the parking lot of Rite Aid on South Street. Gregoire, according to the report, allegedly told the officer he was tired from working long hours and denied drinking anything. After a field sobriety test, he was arrested. Police allegedly found an open container and marijuana in the car. During processing, Gregoire asked to use the phone and allegedly stated, “Are you guys in Mass? Am I in Mass?," according to the arrest report. Gregoire was previously convicted of DWI in March 2011 in Rochester District Court.

Lauren C. Cleveland, 27, of Wilson Avenue in Concord, was arrested on Feb. 10, 2016, for criminal mischief. Police were sent to Wilson Avenue for a report of an unwanted guest. Cleveland reportedly told police that she didn’t want a man who was in the home to be there. When they arrived, they found a garage door at the home open and spoke with Cleveland. Officers saw glass on the ground and asked about it. She allegedly stated it came from a candle she threw after speaking with her boyfriend the relationship earlier, according to the report. They also noted a broken glass window. She reportedly stated that after the man came over, they switched phones, had a talk about their relationship, and she got angry, threw the candle, and then called police because she was worried he wouldn’t leave when asked. She reportedly added that nothing physical happened between them, according to the report. The man had left but was asked to come into headquarters to speak to officers. After speaking with the man, Cleveland was arrested on the vandalism charge.

Russell Pszenny, 26, of Gladstone Street in Concord, was arrested on Feb. 8, 2016, for criminal mischief. Officers were sent to a home on Gladstone at just after 1 a.m. for a domestic. A woman alleged that Pszenny had “destroyed the house” because she “packed up his things and broke up with him,” according to the report. Pszenny had reportedly left the home and might be heading to Northfield, she stated. She made allegations about verbal abuse earlier in the evening and he reportedly left to go to a party. When he returned, his stuff was packed up, she stated. Pszenny allegedly “began knocking stuff onto the floor” of the home, pulling things out of dressers, cut the electrical cord on a hairdryer, and then “stomped out of the house,” according to the report. She locked the door and he allegedly threatened to kick it in if she didn’t let him back in. She did, he picked up his cellphone, and reportedly left. New Hampshire State Polcie stopped Pszenny on I-93 on a 12-hour stop and hold alert and he was transported to Concord.

Derek M. Douillette, 27, of Fisherville Road in Concord, was arrested on Feb. 6, 2016, for criminal mischief. Police were sent to an apartment for a welfare check on Douillette at around 10:15 p.m. who had not been seen since the morning when he allegedly had some outbursts and punched the glass windowpanes on a hutch with his fist. When the arrived, he had reportedly just returned to the apartment and officers spoke with him. They later arrested him on a vandalism charge.

Bhakta Darjee, 46, of Royal Gardens in Concord, was arrested on Feb. 5, 2016, on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges. Officers were sent to Royal Gardens for a report of a domestic. When they arrived, they spoke to members of the household who alleged that Darjee was “drunk and harassing and insulting” a woman in the household. “(The) name calling and harassment was happening non-stop,” according to one of the children. “Bhakta was following (her) around the apartment yelling at her.” The woman attempted to get him to stop yelling in front of the children by taking her hand and putting it across his mouth, according to the report. He allegedly removed the hand, scratched her hand, which then scratched his face, according to witnesses. Darjee allegedly screamed that he was getting a knife and an ax and they left the home. Other witnesses reportedly confirmed the allegations. Darjee, through a 911 interpreter, “stated he and his family had an argument but everything was okay now. Bhakta thanked us for coming and stated there would be no more issues.” When asked about the scratches and name calling, he allegedly stated things were OK and it would stop. Dispatch noted that police had been to the apartment a number of times due to allegations that Darjee was intoxicated and yelling at the woman. He was arrested and transported to Concord Hospital.
