Alleged Concord cocaine dealer stopped by staties, Pembroke man arrested for resisting, elderly woman charged for driving without a license

CONCORD, NH — Jason M. Southwick, 42, of North State Street in Concord, was arrested at 1:17 p.m. on July 16, 2016, for false inspection or registration sticker.

Ashley S. Hodgdon, 25, a homeless woman from Concord, was arrested at 1:25 p.m. on July 16, 2016, for operating without a valid license, disobeying an officer, and resisting arrest or detention. She was arrested at the Cumberland Farms on Fisherville Road.

Jennifer L. Shepard, 25, of East Side Drive in Concord, was arrested at 5:38 p.m. on July 16, 2016, for willful concealment and false report to law enforcement after an alleged incident at the 7-Eleven on Loudon Road.

Chandra Darjee, 64, of Fisherville Road in Concord, received a summons at 10:50 p.m. on July 16, 2016, for operating without a valid license after a traffic stop on East Side Drive.

Mark D. Marston, 24, of Washington Street in Penacook, was arrested at 11:13 p.m. on July 16, 2016, on a warrant.

Andrew E. Pascascio, 32, of Maple Street in Manchester, was arrested at 5:40 a.m. on June 14, 2016, for possession of a controlled drug from an alleged incident on June 5. He was arrested by Meredith Police on the Concord warrant.

Elijah E. Salem, 18, of Alton Woods Drive in Concord, was arrested at 12:33 a.m. on May 20, 2016, for possession of controlled drugs, possession of drugs, and default or breach of bail conditions after a traffic stop on Loudon Road for a taillight being out.

Felicia N. Jordan, 26, of East Side Drive in Concord, was arrested at 11:14 a.m. on May 19, 2016, for sale of controlled drugs, two counts of conspiracy to commit sale of a controlled drug, and two counts of possession of a controlled drug/narcotic with intent to distribute, all felonies. Also arrested was Devan J. Jordan, 25, of East Side Drive in Concord, for two counts of possession of controlled drugs, both felonies, and a single count of possession of prescription drugs without a prescription. The charges stemmed from warrants from alleged incidents on East Side Drive on March 15, March 16, and March 18, 2016. New Hampshire State Police pulled over a vehicle on I-93 South on the active warrant. Concord officers went to the scene to assist due to the active warrants being drug dealing allegations. During an inventory search of the vehicle, police allegedly found cocaine, a scale, a pill bottle, more than $2,400 in cash, and Gabapentin pills, according to reports.

Kafani Williams, 20, of Renarl Avenue in Pembroke, was arrested at 12:04 p.m. on May 16, 2016, for resisting arrest or detention. Officers were sent to Concord Hospital at around 10 a.m. for a report of a patient trying to leave who wasn’t supposed to be leaving. The patient – Williams – was able to be convinced to go back into the yellow pod. About two hours later, officers were sent back after William allegedly attempted to leave again. He allegedly proceeded to continue to try and leave and when taken in to custody, pulled away from officers and would not cede, according to a court affidavit. He was taken to the ground by the police, handcuffed, and held without bail.
