Bow Woman Arrested On Drug Sale, Criminal Liability Charges: Log

CONCORD, NH — Andy R. Williams, born 1964, of Allenstown, was arrested at 7:44 p.m. on June 11, 2019, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge due to two prior convictions at Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road.

Neal P. McDonald, born 1959, of Concord, was arrested at 9:02 p.m. on June 10, on a breach of bail charge on Myrtle Street.

Christopher Jan Smith, born 1966, of Concord, was arrested at 9:30 p.m. on June 9, on a warrant. He was arrested on Rumford Street.

Keryn L. Lynch, born 1984, of Concord, was arrested at 10:40 p.m. on June 7, on a criminal mischief charge after an incident on Sorrel Drive.

Michael R. Carpenter-Noucas, born 1983, of Concord, was arrested at 12:33 p.m. on June 6, on driving while intoxicated, receiving stolen property-$1,501+, reckless operation, and four counts of conduct after an accident with property damage. He was arrested in the mall area of Sheep Davis Road.

Austin Christopher Shelton, born 1995, of Concord, was arrested at 12:52 p.m. on June 5, on two theft by unauthorized taking-firearms stolen charges on Windham Drive.

Robert John Atwood, born 1983, of Concord, was arrested at 5:52 p.m. on June 4, on a bench warrant. He was arrested on Water Street under the bridge.

Lance C. Vivian, born 1993, of Weare, was arrested at 11:12 a.m. on June 3, on a simple assault charge in the Pleasant Street/hospital area of the city.

Eva Annette Holland, born 1975, pictured, of Bow, was arrested at 1:55 p.m. on May 16, and charged with sale of a controlled drug and criminal liability for the conduct of another. The charges stem from an incident on Storrs Street.
