Child Sexual Assaulter Arrested On Criminal Threatening Charge: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Dylan Harrington Peterson, born 1993, of Concord was cited on a warrant at 10:07 p.m. on May 17, 2023, after an incident at Granite State College on Hall Street.

Dennis A. Ash, 58, of Concord was arrested at 7:45 p.m. on May 17 on a criminal threatening charge. He was arrested after an incident at the Statehouse on North Main Street. Ash is a sex offender due to a felonious sexual assault against a victim under 16 conviction from December 1997.

Mark J. Symanski, born 1982, of Pembroke received a summons at 1:05 p.m. on May 17 on disorderly conduct charge and a pedestrian-on-roadway violation after an incident on Clinton Street.

Timothy C. Casey, 20, of Concord was arrested at 1:35 a.m. on May 17 on a transportation of alcoholic beverages by a minor charge after an incident at the Durgin Block Garage on School Street.

Stephen Miles Hall, born 1988, of Concord was arrested at 11:45 p.m. on May 7 on criminal trespass and loitering or prowling charges after an incident on Broadway.

Erin Nicole Fulp, born 2000, of Allenstown was arrested at 5:59 p.m. on May 7 on criminal mischief, simple assault, and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident on Montgomery Street.

Kevin Gobeil, 28, of Concord was arrested on a warrant at 4:55 p.m. on May 7 after an incident at 7-Eleven on Loudon Road. He failed to appear at a plea and sentencing hearing in Merrimack County Superior Courton April 26 on a felony theft charge out of Concord from February 2022 and acts prohibited drug charges from Bow in June 2022.

Peter Leslie Carter, 78, of Concord was arrested at 3:20 a.m. on May 7 on a disorderly conduct charge on Thompson Street.

Africa Sebasore, born 2004, of Concord was arrested on a bench warrant at 12:50 a.m. on May 7 as well as an unlawful possession-intoxication charge after an incident on East Side Drive.

Esther Ntumba Mbombo, born 1980, of Concord was arrested at 4:10 p.m. on May 6 on a criminal trespass charge. She was arrested after an incident at Royal Gardens.
