Concord Arrest Log (Dec. 1, 2011)

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

  • Lisa Cross, 33, of Concord, was arrested on Nov. 17, on a Simple Assault (Personal Weapons) charge. She was arrested at 12:45 a.m. on South State Street. Police allege that Cross assaulted a man. Cross is due back in court on Dec. 12.
  • Matthew Cullen, 25, of Concord, was arrested on Nov. 17, and charged with Simple Assault (Personal Weapons). He was arrested at 12:45 a.m. on South State Street. Cullen is due back on court on Dec. 12. Cullen was reportedly arrested on June 23, on one count of Default or Breach of Bail Conditions and Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer.
  • Brieanna Proulx, 18, of Concord, was arrested on Nov. 19, on a Simple Assault (Personal Weapons) charge. She was arrested at 9:15 p.m. on Curtisville Road. The victim in the case was a female teenager. Proulx had a court date on Nov. 28.
  • Michael Sutton, 37, of Concord, was arrested at 9:26 p.m. on Nov. 19, on a Warrant. The case involves an incident at South Fruit Street on Nov. 19.
  • Jason Warrick, 37, of Concord, was arrested on Nov. 21, and charged with Criminal Trespass. He was arrested at 1:15 a.m. on Prescott Street. Warrick is due back in court on Dec. 19.
  • Bruce Whittemore, 40, of Concord, was arrested on Nov. 22, on a Driving After Revocation Or Suspension charge. He was arrested at 6:01 a.m. at the intersection of Langley Parkway and Clinton Street. Whittemore has a court date on Dec. 19.
  • Vicki Lemieux, 38, of Concord, was arrested on 8:35 a.m. on Nov. 22, and charged with Theft. Police allege that she stole an $8.99 item from the gas station on Loudon Road on Oct. 28. Lemieux is due back in court on Dec. 19.
  • , 19, of Nashua, was arrested at 1:19 p.m. on Nov. 22, and charged with two counts of Theft By Unauthorized Taking. Police allege Curtis stole $150 from his girlfriend on Sept. 7, on North Main Street. He refused bail and had a court date on Nov. 23.
  • Laura Rinciari, 33, of Pembroke, was arrested at 3:55 p.m. on Nov. 22, and charged with Theft By Unauthorized Taking Or Transfer from the on South Main Street. Police allege that Rinciari stole a whole chicken, a bottle of olive oil, mushrooms, grape jam, and cough syrup, all valued at about $60. She has a follow up court date on Dec. 19.
  • David Rinciari, 38, of Pembroke, was arrested at 3:55 p.m. on Nov. 22, and charged with Criminal Liability For Conduct Of Another, in relation to Laura Rinciari’s case. A pre-teen boy was also involved in the case, according to a police report. He is due back in court on Dec. 19.
