ARRESTS: Warner Man Faces Many Charges

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction. 

• Matthew Foote, 26, of Allenstown, was arrested on July 17, and charged with Simple Assault (Personal Weapons). He was arrested at 4:08 a.m. at the on Loudon Road. Police allege that he assaulted a woman.
• Gavin Guay, 19, of Concord, was arrested on July 18, and charged with Simple Assault (Other) and Criminal Mischief (Vandalism). He was arrested at 3:55 p.m. on Pleasant Street.
• Jesse Sweet, 29, of Concord, was arrested on July 18, and charged with two counts of Driving While Intoxicated. He was stopped at 4:13 a.m. on Garvins Falls Road.
• Crystal Laquire, 26, of Concord, was arrested at 3:25 a.m. on July 20, and charged with Simple Assault (Personal Weapons) and Obstructing Report of Crime or Injury. She was arrested on Canton Circle.
• Christy Charlesworth, 40, of Concord, was arrested on July 21, and charged with Driving After Revocation or Suspension, Suspended Registration (Operating-MSD), and Misuse or Failure to Display Plates. She was stopped on Bridge Street.
• Kayla Brown, 38, of Concord, was arrested on July 22, and charged with Driving After Revocation or Suspension and Drivers License Prohibitions. She was arrested at 2:11 a.m. on Quincy Street.
• Matthew Richard, 19, of Concord, was arrested at 10:10 a.m. on July 22, on one count of Criminal Trespass and a Bench Warrant. He was arrested on Fisherville Road.
• Wayne Hicks, 27, of Concord, was arrested at 12:56 p.m. on July 22, and charged with Simple Assault (Personal Weapons) and Criminal Threatening (Intimidation, Etc.). He was arrested on Branch Turnpike.
• Richard St. Hilaire, 24, of Chichester, was arrested at 1:37 p.m. on July 22, on a Bench Warrant.
• Michael Cartier, 42, of Conway, was arrested at 7:36 p.m. on July 22, and charged with Driving After Revocation or Suspension. He was stopped on Second Street.
• Bryon Ruff, 23, of Warner, was arrested on July 22, and charged with Criminal Liability for Conduct or Another, Bail Jumping, and a Bench Warrant. He was arrested at on Pleasant Street. The criminal liability charge stems from an incident that allegedly occurred at Walmart on Loudon Road on June 3.
