Concord DUI Arrest Leads To Sex Offender Registry Charge: Log
Woman accused of stalking, breach of bail; pair picked up on Fisherville Road criminal trespass charges; disorderly conduct at the Gardens.
CONCORD, NH — Brent Mack Warren, born 1985, of Concord was arrested at 5:50 p.m. on May 3, 2020, on a felony receiving stolen property due to two prior convictions charge after an incident at Market Basket on Storrs Street.
Ronald F. Delgaudio, born 1971, of Concord was arrested at 4:47 p.m. on May 2 on DUI, DUI-second or third, two conduct after accident, and two possession of controlled drug charges after an incident near 321 Loudon Road. After being taken to Concord Hospital, he was charged with sex offender registration; knowing failure to comply. According to the state, Delgaudio is required to register after being convicted of felonious sexual assault on a victim between 13- and 16-years-old in August 1995 in Naples Circuit Court in Florida.
Mose Seba, born 1998, of Concord was arrested at 6:03 p.m. on April 30 on a driving under the influence charge near 150 Loudon Road.

Daniel C. Stevens, born 1987, of Concord was arrested at 4 a.m. on two disorderly conduct charges after incidents at Concord Gardens.
Dylan Harrington Peterson, born 1993, homeless in Concord was arrested at 3:07 a.m. on April 26 on a criminal trespass charge. Also charged was Victoria M. Petricca, born 1999, homeless in Concord on criminal trespass and breach of bail charges. They were arrested after an incident on Fisherville Road.

Tammy L. Robinson, born 1969, of Concord was arrested at 2:02 a.m. on April 24 on simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, stalking, and breach of bail charges. She was arrested after an incident on South Spring Street.
Charles Lesage, born 1976, homeless in Concord received a summons at 5:40 p.m. on April 22 on an operating without a valid license charge after an incident near 219 S. Main St.
Nicole Christine Hebert, born 1991, of Chichester was arrested at 11:46 p.m. on April 20 on a warrant and two bench warrants after an incident on Bog Road.
