Laconia Felon Indicted On Knife, Drug Charges: Court

Laconia felon indicted on knife, drug possession; Hooksett man indicted on child sex image charges; homeless man indicted on robbery charge.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted in Merrimack County Superior Court recently.

Mantas Crosby, 27, of Wilson Road in Canterbury on receiving stolen property and theft by unauthorized taking charges, felonies due to two prior convictions. He was accused of selling another person's cellphone to a kiosk and stealing an energy drink from Walmart on Loudon Road in Concord on Oct. 4, 2020.

Joseph Cusumano, 44, of East Side Drive in Concord on a felony domestic violence charge. He was accused of threatening a woman and hitting a door frame with a baseball bat on Dec. 7, 2020, in Concord.

Ralph Curtis, 20, of Marlette Avenue in Hooksett on six felony possession of child sexual abuse images charges between Feb. 1 and Sept. 30, 2020, in Hooksett.

Sean Dashnaw, 31, of Rumford Street in Concord on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge on Nov. 7, 2020, in Hooksett.

Anthony Debenedictis, 31, of Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and criminal threatening, all felonies.

Peter Dibiaso, 56, of Elm Street in Laconia on crime while released on bail-pistols & revolvers; convicted felons-a dirk knife and crime while released on bail-controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charges, both felonies, in Bow on Nov. 23, 2020. He was previously convicted on a burglary charge.

Warren L. Doucette, 40, of Centre Street in Concord on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge for drivingon Fort Eddy Road in Concord on Oct. 21, 2020, after being certified as a habitual offender.

Chad Dow, 38, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony robbery charge. He was accused of punching an employee at Joe Kings Shoe Shop on North Main Street during a theft on Sept. 10, 2020.

Tyree Parker, 20, of Santa Barbara Drive in Flint, Michigan, on a felony theft by deception charge. He was accused of working in concert with and aided by Jasper Tyler to use an illegitimate card to purchase more than $1,500 worth of items at Home Depot in Hooksett on Aug. 27, 2020.

Arianna Pettigrew, 24, of South Main Street in Franklin on a felony criminal mischief charge. She was accused of keying a 2008 Jeep Liberty, owned by another woman, on June 22, 2020, in Northfield, causing more than $1,500 worth of damage.

Tyson Radcliffe, 37, of Porcupine Circle in Salem on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on Oct. 7, 2020, in Hooksett.

Christopher Regan, 29, a homeless man now located in Manchester, on a felony domestic violence-criminal threatening charge. He was accused of threatening another person with a knife, while making stabbing motions, on Jan. 19 in Concord.

Gerald Reis, 54, of Manchester Street in Concord on a felony sale of a narcotic drug-fentanyl charge on Nov. 6, 2018, in Concord.

Antonio Rivera-Alicea, 37, of Mammoth Road in Hooksett on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge for driving on Hooksett Road in Hooksett on Oct. 17, 2020, after being certified as a habitual offender.
