Concord Man Arrested On Assault, Stalking, Bail Charges: Cop Log

Plus: Laconia man faces robbery, other charges; Concord felon faces another theft charge; and trespass and warrant arrests.

CONCORD, NH — Kenneth J. Jensen, born 1955, of Concord received a summons at 7:30 p.m. on Feb. 17, 2020, on simple assault and disorderly conduct charges. He was arrested near the Clock Tower on North Main Street.

Emedin Dizdarevic, born 1994, of Laconia was arrested at 10:46 p.m. on Feb. 16 on robbery, simple assault, and theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charges after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road.

Kevin Jay Karney, 44, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 1:16 a.m. on Feb. 14 on two criminal trespass charges. Officers were sent to the Mobil Xtramart on Whitney Road for a possible trespassing incident. When the first officer arrived, he reported seeing a man, walking a bicycle. The man, the officer wrote, slammed the bicycle to the ground after seeing the officer, an affidavit stated. The officer spoke to the man, who would only divulge his first name, but later, another officer ID'd him as Karney, a report said. A check with dispatch found that Karney was trespassed from the gas station on Jan. 17 and had an active warrant, too. He refused bail and was taken directly to the county jail.

Jonathan Michael McCarthy, 37, of Concord was arrested at 8:56 p.m. on Feb. 13 on simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, two stalking charges, resisting arrest or detention, and two breach of bail charges. He was arrested after an incident on Warren Street.

Carlos Zamban, born 1963, of Concord received a summons at 1 a.m. on Feb. 13 on a bench warrant after an incident on Manchester Street.

Casey M. Byrne, 43, of Berlin was arrested at 1:58 p.m. on Feb. 11 on driving after revocation-subsequent and suspension of vehicle registration charges after an incident on Stickney Avenue. According to superior court records, he was convicted on a felony habitual offender charge in September 2011 and a violation of probation or parole charge in July 2014.

Robert John Atwood, 37, of Concord was arrested at 10:45 a.m. on Feb. 9 on a warrant after an incident at Shaw's Supermarket on Fort Eddy Road. A warrant was issued for Atwood on Jan. 28 after he was accused of failure to appear in Hillsborough County Superior Court South on felony theft charge out of Milford. He has an active burglary case out of Concord and a felony property charge out of Boscawen as well as prior convictions.

Joseph Malcolm Reale-Case, 24, of Concord was arrested at 5:25 a.m. on Feb. 7 on a warrant after an incident at Concord Hospital on Pleasant Street. He has an active controlled drug: acts prohibited charge out of Derry in Rockingham County Superior Court. The court said on Feb. 19, that he failed to appear at an arraignment. Reale-Case was convicted on a controlled drug: acts prohibited and deal-possess prescription drug charges in June 2017, violation of probation or parole in May 2018, convicted on a controlled drug: acts prohibited charge in February 2020, and convicted on a burglary charge in November 2020.

Tamara Ann Ipock, 38, of Concord was arrested at 7:23 p.m. on Feb. 5 on a theft by unauthorized taking charge, a felony, due to two prior convictions as well as a bench warrant and a warrant. She was arrested after an incident at Market Basket on Fort Eddy Road. The warrant was due to failure to appear at an arraignment twice — on Dec. 17, 2020, and Jan. 19. She has been previously convicted on drug, theft deception, and escape charges. Ipock is due back in superior court to be arraigned on April 26.
