Concord Man Arrested On Gun Threat, Other Charges: Police Log

Contoocook man accused of assaulting men on Pleasant Street Extension; gross lewdness charge on Pitman Street; trespass charges in the city.

CONCORD, NH — Richard L. Royea, 39, of Concord was arrested at 4 a.m. on Oct. 18, 2021, on a simple assault charge. He was arrested after an incident on Thompson Street. Royea has an active felony stolen property, DUI, and revocation case in Merrimack County Superior Court and is due back in court on Dec. 12 for a dispositional conference.

Larry Davenport, born 1975, of Concord was arrested at 9:45 p.m. on Oct. 17 on loitering and prowling and indecent exposure-gross lewdness charges after an incident on Pitman Street.

Brandon Scott Mancini, 31, of Concord was arrested at 5:23 p.m. on Oct. 17 on two theft by unauthorized taking charges, felonies due to two prior convictions. The charges stem from incidents on Centre Street and at Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road. Mancini was arraigned the next day and is due back in superior court on Jan. 13, 2022.

Christopher M. Blodgett, 47, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 7:53 a.m. on Oct. 17 on a theft by deception charge, a felony due to two prior convictions. He was arrested after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road. Blodgett is due in superior court for arraignment on Nov. 4. He has active felony receiving stolen property, criminal mischief, and theft cases in superior court.

Fabien Musore, 37, of Pinewood Drive in Contoocook was arrested at 1:45 a.m. on Oct. 17 on resisting arrest or detention and two simple assault charges. Police were sent to Pleasant Street Extension for a report of a fight. During the course of the investigation, Musore was accused of assaulting two men but when police attempted to take him into custody, he attempted to walk away, according to an affidavit. Officers grabbed onto him and attempted to handcuff him but he “threw his arms up and down to prevent” officers from placing him in cuffs, the report said. Eventually, they were able to handcuff him but accused him of trying to run away again. At police headquarters, an officer accused him of not cooperating during booking and he was taken to the county jail.

Tracy James Blodgett, 54, of Concord was cited at 8:50 p.m. on Oct. 16 on criminal trespass and camping restricted charges after an incident on Locke Road.

John Shampney, 29, of Bradford and Jennifer F. Grindle, born 1978, of Concord were both cited at 9:04 a.m. on Oct. 16 on a single criminal trespass charge each after an incident on South Main Street. Shampney was indicted on a drug possession charge in August out of Newbury, has four active drug possession charges out of Salem making their way through court, and four drug charges out of Manchester that are active, too.

Joshua A. Land, 36, of Concord was arrested at 11:19 p.m. on Oct. 16 on felony criminal threatening-firearm, resisting arrest or detention, domestic violence-obstructing report of a crime or injury, obstructing report of a crime or injury, and criminal mischief charges. He was arrested after an incident on Ormond Street. Land was arraigned on Oct. 18 and is due back in superior court on Jan. 10, 2022, for a dispositional conference.

Amanda Marie Viola, 28, of Concord was arrested at 5:50 p.m. on Oct. 15 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges. She was arrested after an incident on Hall Street. Viola

Nicole Christine Hebert, 30, of Concord was cited at 3 a.m. on Oct. 15 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident at 80 Storrs Street.
