Concord Man Faces Drug Dealing, Bail, Other Charges: Cop Log

CONCORD, NH — Tyler Merrill Benton, born 1982, of Alexandria received a summons at 4:55 p.m. on Feb. 20, 2020, on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road.

Charles Linberg Little, born 1962, of Concord was arrested at 5:40 p.m. on Feb. 18 on possession of a controlled drug, two breach of bail, and three sale of a controlled drug charges after incidents in the North End-Washington Street area of the city.

Nyabunguye Tembasi, born 1993, homeless in Concord was arrested at 5:30 p.m. on Feb. 15 on a criminal trespass charge. At 12:26 p.m. on Feb. 16, he was arrested again on criminal trespass and breach of bail charges. Both incidents occurred at the Regency Hill Estates on East Side Drive.

Morgan E. Lawrence, born 1990, of Concord, was arrested at 1:45 a.m. on Feb. 14 on a DUI charge after a stop on Interstate 93 North at the Exit 14 onramp.

Bruce H. Young, born 1975, of Bow was arrested at 1:45 a.m. on Feb. 13 on theft by deception-less than $1,000 and theft by deception charges after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road.

Gavin Randolph Guay, born 1991, of Concord was arrested at 1 a.m. on Feb. 12 on a criminal mischief charge after an incident at Alton Woods.

Jamar Dirisio Pate, born 1981, of Concord received a summons at 6:09 p.m. on Feb. 10 on a prohibited sales of alcohol charge after an incident at 7-Eleven on South Main Street.

Benjamin J. Wilber, born 1982, of Concord was arrested at 7:02 a.m. on Jan. 27 on a felony burglary charge after an incident at Alton Woods. He was arrested at 1:38 p.m. on Jan. 27 stalking and breach of bail charges.

Michael A. Deveno, born 1968, of Franklin was arrested at 5 p.m. on Jan. 23 on two bench warrants after an incident near CAVES on Intervale Road.

Kami McLain, born 1970, of Loudon was arrested at 3:04 a.m. on Jan. 23 on a warrant after an incident at the Comfort Inn on Hall Street.

Vanessa M. Bassett, born 1983, of Franklin was arrested at 1:06 a.m. on Jan. 21 on a receiving stolen property-less than $1,000 charge after an incident at the Speedway on Hall Street.
