Concord Man Indicted On Child Rape Charge: Superior Court Roundup

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Samantha J. Conklin, 26, of Cilley Lane in Bradford on three felony motor vehicles; penalties charges. She was accused of driving in the parking lot of the Dunkin’ Donuts on East Main Street in Bradford on Feb. 5, on Cilley Lane in Bradford on April 25, and Route 114 in Bradford on May 17 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Biren Darjee, 20, of Loudon Road in Concord on a felonious sexual assault charge. He was accused of raping a girl who was 13 or older but under 16 with an age difference of four or more years between Dec. 21, 2021, and Feb. 21 in Concord.

Sean Dashnaw, 32, of Rumford Street in Concord on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of retaining a Honda motorcycle, owned by another person, on May 22 in Concord.

Larry J. Davenport Jr., 47, of Pemigewasset Street in Franklin on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge on May 11, 2021, in Franklin.

Lucas Davidson, 24, of Route 103 in Newbury on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on Oct. 9, 2021, in Henniker.

Anthony Debrosky, 19, of Ridge Road in Deerfield on a felony conspiracy to commit robbery charge. He was accused of agreeing with one or more persons to lure a victim to Rollins Park to rob them on Oct. 9, 2021, in Concord. At the time, the indictment said, Debrosky purported to be holding a firearm during the incident. Ronald Delgaudio, 50, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony penalty; registration of criminal offenders charge. He was accused of failing to register with Concord police on March 28. Delgaudio was convicted on a second-degree felony sex offense against a child-fondling in Collier County Court in Florida in August 1995.

Leo Dennehy, 53, of Whitten Street in Allenstown on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of retaining a 2020 Chevrolet Silverado from Merchants Auto, believing it had probably been stolen, on Feb. 13 in Chichester.

Charles Dexter, 35, of Summer Street in Concord on a felony possession of meth charge on Jan. 19 in Bow.

Emedin Dizdarevic, 28, of Church Street in Laconia on a felony possession of fentanyl with intent to distribute charge in Concord on March 24.

Hunter Drew, 20, of Village Street in Penacook on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling a woman on May 26 in Concord.
