Concord Man Indicted On Child Rape, Endangerment Charges: Court

Man indicted on 8 drug dealing charges; teen accused of knocking a man down, causing a broken arm; Franklin man faces strangulation charge.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Sean Dashnaw, 31, of Rumford Street in Concord on possession of fentanyl and possession of methamphetamine charges, both felonies, in Hooksett on Nov. 9, 2020.

Taylor J. Carpenter, 27, of North State Street in Concord on felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on May 9 in Concord. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on an acts prohibited charge in September 2017.

Joseph Roach, 33, of West Bow Street in Franklin on a felony second-degree assault-domestic violence charge. He was accused of strangling a woman on June 15, 2020, in Franklin.

James A Machado Sr., 45, of School Street in Franklin on a felony accomplice theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of agreeing to aid another in cutting a catalytic converter off a Ford F-350 in Franklin on Feb. 8.

Corey Cooper, 46, of Prospect Street in Franklin on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-buprenorphine charge on May 3 in Franklin.

Bradley Camley, 46, of Cedar Court in Franklin on a felony false personation charge. He was accused of falsely claiming to be law enforcement by displaying a badge in an effort to keep two people from leaving a Franklin home on May 17 by stating, “I am the law,” or words to that effect.

Devonta Maughn, 18, of Concord Gardens in Concord on a felony second-degree assault charge. Maughn was accused of throwing a man to the ground and causing his arm to be broken on Jan. 15, 2020.

Heather Hodgdon, 39, of Stickney Avenue in Concord on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing items from Walmart on Loudon Road on Feb. 18. Twice before, according to the indictment, she has been convicted on theft charges.

Sandra Anzalone, 44, of Franklin on a felony possession of meth charge on Feb. 22 on Fort Eddy Road in Concord. At the time of the charge, she was out on bail from another charge, according to the indictment.

Domenick Romano, 60, of Somerville Street in Manchester on a felony criminal threatening and reckless conduct charges. He was accused of charging at and threatening to kill a man with a hammer on Nov. 7, 2018, in Concord.

Anthony McMann, 27, of Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on eight felony possession of a narcotic drug with intent to distribute charges. He was accused of possessing cocaine, a fentanyl, heroin, tramadol mix, crack cocaine, a fentanyl and tramadol mix, LSD, meth, and fentanyl on Jackson Street in Boscawen on March 24. He was out on bail at the time the charges were issued. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on drug dealing charge in October 2020 in Hillsborough County Superior Court North.

Tucker Homan, 37, of Maple Lane in New London on two felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl on July 11, 2020, in New London.

John T. Conkle, 45, a homeless man now located in Concord, on aggravated felonious sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child or incompetent charges, both felonies.
