Concord Man Indicted On Sexual Assault, Computer Charges: Court

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Mark T. Carroll, 41, of Lantern Lane in Epsom on possession of fentanyl and possession of methamphetamine charges, both felonies, on Oct. 18, 2019, in Bow. At the time, according to the indictment, Carroll was out on bail out of Merrimack County Superior Court from August 2019.

Jacobina Carter, 45, of Lee Street in Keene on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She's accused of failing to make more than $1,500 in deposits from Subway in Hooksett between Sept. 27, and Oct. 9, 2019.

Brenden Colby, pictured upper left, 24, of Alton Woods Drive in Concord on aggravated felonious sexual assault, sexual assault, and certain uses of computer services prohibited charges, all felonies. He's accused of using an online Internet service to lure a girl between June 1, and Sept. 30, 2018.

Jason T. Cooper, right center, 34, of Alice Drive in Concord on a felon in possession charge. He's accusedof being in possession of metallic knuckles on Dec. 30, 2019, in Concord.

Kevin Daley, lower middle, 30, of Summer Street in Groveton on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Nov. 2, 2019, in Canterbury.

Anthony W. Deforge Sr., 49, of Franklin, incarcerated at the time of the indictment on habitual offender and possession of meth charges, both felonies. He's accused of driving on Central Street in Franklin on Dec. 10, 2019.

Jonathan R. Devereaux, left upper middle, 29, of Broadway Road in Pembroke on possession of buprenorphine and possession of fentanyl charges, both felonies, on Manchester Street in Concord on Nov. 22, 2019. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of acts prohibited in Grafton County in February 2010.

Warren L. Doucette, upper right, 39, homeless in Concord on possession of meth and possession of alprazolam charges, both felonies, on Evangelyn Drive in Bow on Dec. 14, 2019. At the time, according to the indictment, he was out on bail at the time.

Corey Vigue, 44, of Boston Hill Road in Andover on possession of meth with intent to distribute, possession of meth, possession of fentanyl, and possession of alprazolam charges, all felonies. He's accused of possession the drugs on River Street in Franklin on Oct. 16, 2019.

Angelica Wegner, lower left, 28, of Mermaid Avenue in Wantagh, New York, on a felony convicted felons charge. She's accused of possessing a large folding knife in Hooksett on Nov. 3, 2019.

Michael Wentworth, 33, homeless in Concord and incarcerated at the time of the indictment on a felony acts prohibited-possession of meth charge on Nov. 3, 2019, in Hooksett.

Jason D. Woody, lower left, 37, homeless in Concord on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on Oct. 1, 2019, in Concord.

Thomas A. Yeaton III, left lower middle 31, of Hall Street in Concord on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge from Nov. 23, 2019, in Concord.

Thomas W. Young, center, 40, homeless in Concord on a felony acts prohibited-cocaine charge from Oct. 24, 2019, in Concord.
