Concord Man, Out On Bail, Arrested On Second DUI, Revocation, Breach Charges: Police Log

No lights on bike at night leads to drug charge, no bail warrant arrest; man faces 5 counts of theft deception; domestic arrest in Penacook.

CONCORD, NH — Cassie L. Marcoux, born 1981, of Concord received a summons at 9:35 p.m. on June 19 on a public urination or defecation violation in the Durgin Block Garage on School Street.

Wendee J. Reno, 51, of Boscawen was arrested at 10:53 a.m. on June 15 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge after an incident at Walmart at 344 Loudon Road.

Daniel R. Paul, 57, of Concord was arrested at 2:52 a.m. on June 15 on driving under the influence-second offense, driving after revocation or suspension, and breach of bail charges. He was arrested after an incident at 414 S. Main St.

Joshua William Tiberi-Martin, born 1990, of Concord was arrested at 8 p.m. on June 14 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident on Charles Street in Penacook.

Zachary Dean Lee, born 1990, of Concord was arrested at 6:43 p.m. on June 2 on five counts of theft by deception-less than $1,000. He was arrested after an incident at Walmart at 344 Loudon Road.

Charles D. Cressy, born 1985, of Littleton was cited at 2:27 p.m. on June 2 on a criminal mischief charge after an incident at Concord Hospital at 250 Pleasant St.

Michael R. Clark, born 1968, of Concord was arrested at 10:47 a.m. on May 26 on a receiving stolen property-less than $1,000 charge and a display false inspection-registration sticker violation. He was arrested after an incident on Penacook Street in Concord.

Danny B. Hallock, born 1969, of Ashland was arrested on a bench warrant at 5:40 p.m. on May 24 after an incident at 100 Loudon Road.

Monica Georgia Quenneville, 36, of Concord was arrested at 3:34 p.m. on May 24 on driving after revocation or suspension and conduct after an accident charges as well as an unsafe lane change violation after an incident on Burns Avenue.

Michelle L. Doucette, born 1983, of Salem was arrested at 2:15 p.m. on May 24 on a warrant after an incident on Locke Road.

David T. Swett, born 1964, of Concord was arrested at 10:58 a.m. on May 24 on a bench warrant. He was arrested after an incident at 131 S. Main St.

Zachary Hayden Sanborn, 31, of Merrow Street in Manchester was arrested at 2:43 a.m. on May 24 on a felony operating after being certified as a habitual offender charge. An officer, around Speedway on Hall Street, saw a 2013 Lincoln MKZ at the gas pump with an expired inspection sticker from October 2021. The vehicle exited the gas station and was pulled over on the Interstate 93 south onramp. The officer spoke to Sanborn, who was accused of driving, and a passenger, who owned the vehicle. A check of his driving history found him to be a habitual offender due to a default hearing on March 30, according to the NH DMV. He was also convicted on driving after suspension and disobeying an officer in Rochester District Court in January and driving after suspension in Merrimack District Court in October 2021, the report said. The officer went back to speak to Sanborn, who was “under the impression his operating privileges had been restored,” and did not know he was suspended, and he was arrested.

Kenny Joe Robbins, 28, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 12:50 a.m. on May 24 on a warrant and a felony drug possession charge. An officer noticed a man on a bike on the sidewalk on Manchester Street without reflective gear or lights. The officer spoke to the man, Robbins, and dispatch advised he had a no bail warrant out of Merrimack County from May 2 on a probation violation. He was then arrested. During a pat down, Robbins was accused of possessing a dime bag with a “hard, light brown substance I knew to be fentanyl.” The officer said Robbins was also in possession of several needles in his pockets, according to an affidavit.

Adam Joseph Dolloff, 32, of Concord was arrested at 12:02 a.m. on May 24 on two bench warrants and two warrants after an incident on Integra Drive. He failed to appear at the dispositional conference hearing in Merrimack County Superior Court on ID fraud charges out of Bow. Dolloff is due back in court on June 30 for a plea and sentencing hearing.
