Concord Man With Priors Arrested On Drug Sale Charge: Police Log

Plus: Convicted burglar arrested on stalking charge; felon arrested on another theft charge; Pembroke woman faces credit card fraud charge.

CONCORD, NH — Wayne Carl McMann Jr., 47, pictured, of Concord was arrested at 5:18 p.m. on Sept. 7, 2020, on a sale of a controlled drug charge. He is due in Merrimack County Superior Court Oct. 29. McMann was convicted on four controlled drug: acts prohibited charges in March 2019 in superior court and was charged with violation of probation in January. He was sentenced to 45 days in prison on Feb. 20.

Michael Ralph Haynes, 39, of Concord was arrested at 3:20 a.m. on Sept. 6 on a warrant after an incidenton South Main Street.

Michael Beckmeyer, 29, of Concord was arrested at 9:50 p.m. on Sept. 3 on violation of a protective order and criminal mischief charges after an incident at Concord Hospital on Pleasant Street. He was arraigned in superior court Sept. 4 and held on preventive detention. Four days later, he failed to appear at a bail hearing but appeared Sept. 9. Beckmeyer is due back in court Sept. 21.

Javon D. Brown, 27, Merrimack County House of Corrections in Boscawen, was arrested at 4 p.m. on Sept. 2 on stalking and breach of bail charges. On July 29, an officer was sent to Loudon Road to investigate a child assault accusation and during that investigation, learned that Brown, in a completely separate situation, may have violated a protection order while using the name, "Trey," according to an affidavit. The officer investigated the claim, spoke to the protected party, and eyed a protective order from April, and filed a warrant against Brown. He was arrested at county. Previously, Brown was convicted on a burglary charge in May 2014 and a theft charge in Hillsborough County Superior Court North in June 2018. He has a pending drug possession, falsifying evidence, and violation of probation cases from June 2017 out of Manchester and a pending drug and resisting arrest or detention case out of Manchester from Sept. 3 in Hillsborough County Superior Court.

Joshua S. Puckett, 30, of Concord was arrested at 12:10 p.m. on Sept. 1 on simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, and resisting arrest or detention charges after an incident in the North Loudon Road area of the city. According to court documents, he was convicted on drug charges in April 2016 and violation of probation in January 2019. Another violation of probation charge was raised in July 2019 but withdrawn two months later.

Jonathan Russell Devereaux, 30, homeless in Concord was arrested at 10:20 a.m. on Aug. 31 on a warrantand a possession of a controlled drug charge after an incident in the North End-Washington Street area of the city. He was arraigned Sept. 1 and is due back in superior court for a dispositional conference Nov. 10. Devereaux has an active felony falsifying evidence case out of Allenstown and felony drug and weapon possession charges in Concord still pending in Merrimack County Superior Court as well as an active case in Hillsborough County Superior Court North. He was convicted on burglary and drug possession charges out of Plymouth in Grafton County Superior Court in February 2010 and a violation of probation charge six months after those convictions and theft and criminal threatening charges in Concord from March 2014.

Colton James Squeglia, 24, of Concord was arrested at 12:27 p.m. on Aug. 30 on a warrant. He was arrested after an incident on Manchester Street. Squeglia was wanted on the warrant after being accused of failing to appear at a status conference in Hillsborough County Superior Court North after being convicted on controlled drug: acts prohibited in January 2019 after an incident in Manchester in November 2018. He is due back in superior court Sept. 21.

Sean Michael Dashnaw, 30, of Concord received a summons at 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 29 on a driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charge after an incident on Loudon Road. He has a pending drug possession case in Hillsborough County Superior Court after being arrested on Hawthorne Drive in Bedford on June 29.

Haleigh I. Picard, 22, of Pembroke was arrested at 7:37 p.m. on Aug. 28 on a credit card fraud-less than $1,000 charge after an incident on Loudon Road. She has a pending controlled drug: controlled premises where drugs kept charge out of Manchester from August 2019. Picard reached a diversion agreement in December 2019 but was accused of failure to appear at a status conference in June. She is due in court for a review hearing Oct. 23.

Marc J. Cincotta, 60, of Concord was arrested at 7:40 a.m. on Aug. 26 on a felony receiving stolen property charge, due to two prior convictions, after an incident at Cumberland Farms on North Main Street. He is due in superior court for arraignment Oct. 22. Previously, according to court documents, Cincotta was convicted on theft charges in superior court in May 2019 out of Concord and DUI, conduct after an accident, and felony receiving stolen property out of Concord in December 2019 in superior court. Prior convictions and arrests include escape, habitual offender, second-degree assault, and theft charges.
