Concord Men, Women Arrested On Stalking Charges: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Madison Rae Jerilyn Howland, 18, of Bow received a summons at 9:40 p.m. on Oct. 17, 2021, on an operating without a valid license charge. She was charged on North Main Street. Howland is due in Merrimack County Superior Court connected to a separate case on Nov. 4.

Donna Gunter, born 1966, of Concord was arrested at 8:48 p.m. on Oct. 17 on a stalking charge. She was arrested after an incident on Hutchins Street.

Daniel Joseph O’Connor, born 1987, of Concord was arrested at 8:34 a.m. on Oct. 17 on a stalking-domestic violence charge after an incident at the Best Western on Hall Street.

Jeremiah R. Goodbread, born 1977, of Concord was arrested at 3:57 a.m. on Oct. 17 on two bench warrants. He was arrested after an incident on Langdon Street.

Jade E. Markham, born 1997, of Concord was arrested at 10:03 p.m. on Oct. 16 on three bench warrants. She was arrested after an incident at the Best Western on Hall Street.

Tammy Lynn Sweatt, 54, of Epsom was arrested at 3:38 p.m. on Oct. 16 on a deal-possess prescription drugs charge after an incident at 204 N. Main St.

Jeffrey W. Pike, born 1962, of Concord was arrested at 1:28 a.m. on Oct. 16 on a driving under the influence charge after an incident on North State Street near the Blossom Hill-Calvary Cemetery.

Joseph Brant Pero, born 1970, of Epsom was arrested at 11:08 a.m. on Oct. 15 on a driving under the influence charge. He was arrested after an incident at 74 Fisherville Road.

Jonathan Michael McCarthy, 38, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 7:15 p.m. on Oct. 15 on stalking and breach of bail charges. An officer saw McCarthy and a woman with a dog on Fort Eddy Road and believed the woman had a protective order against him due to a felony domestic violence charge from late June. The officer checked the order, found it was still active, and went to speak to them. McCarthy was then arrested, processed, and taken to the county jail.

Brentt Adam Trudeau, 29, of Concord was arrested at 5:44 p.m. on Oct. 15 on a criminal mischief charge. He was arrested after an incident on Hall Street.

Deborah L. Bryson, 42, of Nashua was cited at 4:40 p.m. on Oct. 15 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an incident at 114 Fisherville Road.
